# SEO automation

SEO automation from ShoutRank: repeatable checks, indexation alerts, and reports. Not an autopilot that publishes pages.
SEO automation turns the fetches, the diffs, and the monthly table into something that runs. It does not decide what the company should say.

The boring work is real: did the canonical change, did a template start emitting thousands of URLs, did the assigned landing page switch. A person should not retype that.

What should stay human is the assignment itself, the sentence on the page, and any pitch to another site. We will not sell a bot that publishes SEO content on a schedule.

ShoutRank does not guarantee a ranking or a citation.

## The problem

### The monthly report is a manual export.

It arrives late, the columns change, and nobody trusts the number.

### Breakage is found by a traffic chart.

A release noindexed a template two weeks ago. The first signal was a slide in a meeting.

### An ‘AI SEO tool’ is writing the site.

Pages appear that nobody briefed. They target the same queries as the pages you meant to rank.

## How ShoutRank approaches it

We automate the watchlist you already believe in: the assigned URLs, their status, canonical, and index coverage. Alerts go to the person who can revert a release.

Reporting is the same table every month. Automation fills it. A person still writes the sentence about what changed.

## What the work includes

### Watchlist

The URLs and the fields that matter, checked on a schedule.

### Alerts

Status, canonical, and indexation changes on that list.

### Report shell

A stable table your team does not rebuild.

### What we will not automate

A written line in the scope, so a tool does not start publishing.

## Process

### Discovery

List the checks a human repeated last quarter.

### Audit

See which of those checks are factual, and which were actually judgments.

### Strategy

Automate only the factual ones.

### Implementation

Wire alerts to a person, not to a channel nobody reads.

### Monitoring

Run the report on the same day each month.

### Optimization

Delete checks that never changed a decision.

### Reporting

What fired, what was noise, and what a person still has to write.

## Why ShoutRank

### The free audit is already a fetch

We are used to reading HTML rather than trusting a widget. Automation should do more of that, not less.

### Publishing stays briefed

A page still needs an owner and a query assignment. A scheduler is not an owner.

### Small on purpose

A few reliable checks beat a platform with a score you cannot explain.

## How success is measured

Hours no longer spent rebuilding the same export.

Incidents caught by an alert before the monthly meeting.

False alarms, which we count, because a noisy alert gets muted.

A named client result is published when that client clears the figure. Until then the report is the measurement.

## Questions

### Will you install an all-in-one SEO platform?

Only if it does a job the watchlist needs. We do not get paid to resell a suite.

### Can AI write the monthly summary?

A draft can be assisted. A person who knows what shipped signs the sentence. We do not send an unread model summary as the report.

### Is this rank tracking?

Tracking can be one input. It is not the automation. The automation is the diff on your own URLs.
