# A trip needs a date, a place, and a price you can stand behind.

Search for travel companies: destinations, departures, and itineraries a person can book. SEO, AEO, GEO, and AIO.
A traveler asks for a destination, a month, and what the trip includes.

If the page is an undated “best tours” list, an OTA or a magazine keeps the citation.

## The brochure describes everywhere. The company operates somewhere.

Travel queries are a place and a constraint: a week in a city, a honeymoon month, a trek with a fitness level. OTAs and publishers win them when your site is a grid of destinations with the same paragraph and no departure. An answer that recommends a trip needs inclusions, a season, and a price band with a date.

The local version is the desk. “Travel agent near me” is a shop with hours, not a landing page for every country you can ticket. Mixing the desk, the group departure, and the hotel affiliate into one URL makes all three queries land on a brochure.

## Destination, month, and who it is for.

A homepage cannot be the honeymoon, the trek, and the agency.

### Destination

7-day Kerala itinerary for first-time visitors

The route, the nights, and who the pace is wrong for. A list of adjectives is not an itinerary.

### Departure

group trip to Ladakh in June

A month, the inclusions, and what is not covered. An undated price will be quoted after it expires.

### Agent

travel agent in Mumbai

The desk you have: hours, what you book, and what you send to an OTA.

### Fit

family holiday in Singapore with a toddler

The constraint. “Best family destination” without a traveler in mind is a slogan.

## Trips you operate, and a desk you have.

Itineraries with a season, and a location page only for the office that exists.

### One trip, one URL

The route, the nights, and the traveler it fits. Destinations you do not operate do not get a template with the name swapped.

### A date on the money

Prices and inclusions say when they were true. Expired departures are updated or removed.

### The desk, separately

If you have an office, the map profile and the location page match. If you do not, we do not invent a city page for “travel agent near me.”

### A passage a traveler can use

The opening states the place, the length, and the person it is wrong for. That is the line an answer lifts instead of a listicle.

## What is at stake

- **Who already answers.** An OTA or a magazine with a dated itinerary.
- **URL that should own it.** A trip you operate, with nights, inclusions, and a season.
- **What expires first.** A price with no month, still in the index.

## The brochure lists the country. The departure left.

A traveler asks for a week in a place, in a specific month, with a toddler or a trek. The site has a destination page and an old price. A publisher that states the pace and the season gets the citation.

## 7 days in Kerala for a first visit

Place, length, and a date. “Magical beaches” is not a line an answer should repeat.

- The nights, the route, and the traveler the pace is wrong for.
- Inclusions, and the month the price band was true.
- A destination you do not operate does not get this template with the name swapped.

## Sequence

1. **List the trips.** Routes you operate, with a season. The rest do not get a URL.
2. **Date the price.** Inclusions and the band say when they were true. Expired departures come down.
3. **Separate the desk.** An office gets a location page. A company with no desk does not target “travel agent near me.”
4. **Watch the route.** Impressions on itinerary URLs, and whether answers cite your trip or a publisher.

We will not publish “cheapest packages” with no window, or a destination page for a trip you do not run.

## What we watch

Impressions on itinerary URLs, whether expired departures leave the index, and whether answers cite your trip or a publisher for the destination question.

A named result is published when that client clears the figure. A client figure is added here only after that client clears it.

## Travel questions

### Should every destination have a page?

Only if you operate a trip there and the page can say the route, the season, and who it is for. A destination name on a shared template is a doorway page.

### How do you handle prices?

Publish a band with a date and what it includes, if you will stand behind it. We will not write “cheapest packages” with no window.

### Is this for OTAs or for agencies?

For companies that sell trips or counsel travelers. An OTA with a large inventory needs a template rule, not a blog post per city. We say which one you are before the pages are built.

### Do AI answers cite itineraries?

They cite a page that states length, inclusions, and a boundary. “Magical beaches” is not a citation. A page with a month and a pace is.
