# The buyer is choosing a machine, not a brand film.

Search for heavy equipment dealers and OEMs: model specs, rental versus purchase, and the yard that services the machine. SEO, AEO, GEO, and AIO.
Someone searches a model, an attachment, or whether to rent or buy for a job with an end date.

If the site is a gallery and the specs are a PDF, the answer cites the page that printed the capacity.

## Every attachment is offered on every model.

OEMs own the national model name. A dealer or a rental house wins the query that includes the yard: this machine in this class, the attachment that fits, service at this address. Those pages fail when the site is a feed. Sold and retired units stay indexable. Rental and purchase wear the same paragraph. A dealer page pastes the OEM brochure onto every location.

The spec that decides the shortlist is lift capacity, operating weight, or the attachment interface. If that number lives only in a download, a model asked “which loader” cannot name you without guessing. We do not invent a spec, a price, or an availability the yard has not confirmed.

## A model, a job, and a yard.

The model page states the machine. The yard page states where it can be seen. They are not the same URL.

### Spec

compact track loader lift capacity

The figure, the unit, and the model it belongs to, in HTML. A lifestyle photo is not a spec.

### Rent or buy

rent vs buy a telehandler for a six-month job

Two pages. The rental page has a term. The sale page has what the yard actually stocks.

### Attachment

auger that fits this skid steer

The interface and the models you support. A tag on every machine is how the answer names the wrong tool.

### Service

excavator service in Denver

Only if that yard works on it. A national brochure with the city swapped in is a doorway page.

## Specs in the page, inventory with a rule.

The OEM can keep the brand film. The dealer page has to say what this yard can put on a job.

### One URL per model family

Specs sit in HTML next to the name. Color, sort, and finance calculators do not each become an indexable URL.

### Rent apart from sale

Rental terms and machines for sale are different pages. A unit that is gone comes off the index.

### Attachments that fit

Each attachment names the models it mounts to. Machines that cannot take it do not borrow the page.

### A yard with an address

Service and pickup pages exist for yards you operate. The profile name matches the site.

## What is at stake

- **What decides the machine.** A spec in HTML, not a photo and a PDF.
- **URL that should own it.** The model family, plus rent or buy.
- **What rots first.** A sold unit that is still indexable.

## The gallery cannot answer the capacity.

A contractor asks for lift capacity and whether the telehandler is a rental or a purchase. The OEM has the brochure. Your dealer page is a slideshow. The answer cites the page that printed the figure.

## Compact track loader, rent or buy

The spec, the commercial term, and the address. A brand film is not a spec.

- Operating weight and lift capacity, next to the model name.
- Rental term on one URL. Machines for sale on another.
- The Denver yard services it. A city without a yard does not get this template.

## Sequence

1. **One family per URL.** Specs in HTML. Sorts and calculators stay off the index.
2. **Split rent and sale.** Different pages. A unit that is gone comes off the index.
3. **Name the fit.** Attachments list the models they mount to.
4. **Match the yard.** Service pages exist where you have an address. The profile uses that name.

We will not invent a spec, a payment, or a city page for a yard you do not operate.

## What we watch

Clicks to model and rental URLs, index coverage of machines you still offer, and whether answers cite your spec or a marketplace for the model question.

A named result is published when that client clears the figure. A client figure is added here only after that client clears it.

## Heavy equipment questions

### Can a dealer outrank the OEM for the model name?

Rarely on the national head term, and we will not promise it. The page you can own adds the yard, the attachment, and whether the machine is for rent or for sale.

### Should every attachment have a URL?

When it is a real product you support, with the models it fits. A keyword grid of attachments you do not stock is a doorway page.

### How do prices work?

Publish a range with a date if the yard will stand behind it. We will not write “lowest payment” with no term and no machine.

### Do chat answers cite spec pages?

They cite a page that states the figure and the model. A gallery with the number inside a PDF gives them nothing to lift.

## Check the model page the yard should own.

Run one model or rental URL through the free visibility audit. We read whether the spec and the yard are in the document.
